On June 22, the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) opened in Beijing. Consolidate Raw Material Foundations and Accelerate Construction of World-Class Production Bases
On the raw material supply side, Shengyuan Biotechnology adopts the advanced ethylene oxide process to construct a 40,000-ton annual output taurine production project, which is built in strict compliance with China’s GMP and the United States’ cGMP standards. Equipment installation and commissioning of the project are currently being accelerated. Once completed, it will become a world-leading taurine production base and fill the industrial gap of Fujian Province in this field. The company has filed a total of 30 patents related to taurine. Moreover, the main raw materials for the project, ethylene oxide and liquid sulfur, are all sourced from the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park, delivering remarkable cost advantages and robust safety guarantees.

At the end-product segment, the company has built a matrix of three major brands: Shengyuan Tree, Vitality Sapling and Air ant, covering diverse categories including health food, special dietary food and functional beverages. Among them, the taurine product line under Vitality Sapling is available for sale on online platforms such as Tmall and Pinduoduo as well as supermarkets. Products including the American Ginseng & Taurine Oral Liquid of Shengyuan Tree have been widely distributed through offline exclusive stores. Meanwhile, Shengyuan Biotechnology sponsored the Fujian New Energy Whole Industrial Chain Cooperation & Investment Promotion Conference held during this CISCE.
